Shoes returned with signs of wear, damage, or late shipment will not be refunded. -

Most pairs include their original box. The condition of the box is rated from Box A (like new) to Box C (damaged or replacement box). Each listing clearly notes the box condition. The ratings can be seen described in greater detail here.

Deadstock (DS) shoes utilize sock photos as they are new/unworn, without defect. All non-deadstock shoes, otherwise known as pre-owned shows real, photos of the exact pair you're buying.
